The Snake River winds it way 1,078 miles diverging with the Columbia River and eventually emptying its contents into the Pacific Ocean. This capture representing a minuscule portion of the river as it flows westward past the Teton Mountain Range. I’d imagine this being a very popular spot in the summer months, but on this very brisk and frigid January day I had the entire overlook to myself. I couldn’t have asked for a more picture perfect day.
